given that the cat that scratched omen was catveirra but in the form of an actual feline, that means that she has a power level close to recruits, but it may be lower as recruit keeps the same appearance between siege, valorant, and apex, while catveirra's non siege appearance/form is a feline, meaning she may not be able to be an actual operator outside of siege. However catveirra's cat form may be her true self and she simply chooses to morphs into an operator in siege, if this is true than it means her power level is either close to or higher than recruits.
