Can anyone tell me how to get the printer to stop wasting multiple labels everytime I put them in?

Assuming you have the regular large Amazon shipping labeI 4x6. I usually open it then roll back the excess paper and then press the print button twice it will print test one sample label then y or ur good to go. My issue is with the 2x1 paper size for NFSKU/UPC Labels which just won't work. I think I will get a refund on this but I will first contact support to see if they can help

I watched this thinking it would help and it doesnt lol, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesnt work, the red light is constantly flashing, it wont print a test page, any advice before I return it would be appreciated because at the min its a waste of money.

@@mashextra Hi there, im having the same problem. i have my own separate thermal printing paper but even if i use the paper they they ship with their printer it still dosent do anything.
