Yes dragon dance can literally rip all-rounders, and mostly Gardevoir, Gengar and greninja because they have to aim correctly. But still as a blue badge Scizor player I would advice to avoid fighting Scizor 1 v 1 because his bullet punch has a decent range, heal, and even if he miss it would be a little difficult to melt him 100%, think even with 20-30% hp he's still standing and your dragon dance is done, you are basically ripped and he'll recover from you, I have personally ripped a lot of Dragpults in 1500+ rank solo with Scizor.
I already said Scizor is best now better than most pokemom but no after dragon dance is done you just can't kill dragapult its a range pokemon and good dragapult can easily kite any scizor player. I am using x speed for that reason and said that full heal can help too to dodge stuns. Scizor bullet punch heals a lot only when more punches connects to enemies. You are blue badge which means you can easily kill most dragapult players but not so easily if someone is good one 😁

The fact that Mon d luffy came to my game to as a talonflame and luckily he was in enemy team I was playing eldegoss as a support and still did more damage than him and we win too
