It took me years to understand him and the narcissistic player he is. The love bombing , the ghosting, the lies, the breadcrumbing, the cheating, the hot then cold behavior. It’s brutal. Heartbreaking. Once I understood it wasn’t me, that it’s his bad character felt better. I neve4 want to go through that ever again. Thankful for the tower moments I had that forced me to walk away.

I have healed from this. I am now colder than I ever was. I have been through it all with 2 men. Never again. It will take a great and selfless man to get me. I have not dated or had a man in my life for 15 years. I dated two men for a short while in 17 years but I could not trust either of them. I gave them up. They were good men but I was afraid to give into them. I will eventually get me together but it will take a better man than any I have met. God will bring the right one to me.

Nope, I’m literally afraid to be in a relationship😢all I can say is having my heart broken by the person you really love and care for it hurts,I have never had my heart shattered before it is horrible. This is all true! I have gained the strength to walk away. We work together he used me to get a major increase in salary, we lost a baby, breadcrumbed me, we were such good friends for years. He knew everything I went through went through such a horrible divorce and it's like I knew some things but almost nothing about him at all. We've been split and in no contact for going on 5 days. I see this man every damn day but I had enough and I've pulled my energy back and ignored him and I'm working on myself and hitting the gym and hanging with friends and pouring into those that pour into me. I have set my boundaries and my silence is clear. I'm going to continue to build myself up.

I realized his low vibration pulled me down and he feed off my energy and can't maintain his lifestyle and achievements without my input, advice or money wise. But it's been a back and forth situation and he is an incredibly abusive person even passive aggressive, gaslights, incredibly money driven and selfish. I will get through this and I am so grateful to have seen this. Such an encouragement and gives me strength. Thank you so much for this. I will keep going and ascending.
