I have a hard time believing that a person who dumped me for another "situation", who comes in with this airy fairy energy and who harmed me, whatever the reason, would be accepted by me with an open heart. I've forgiven him, at the age of 63, I don't see how I can liv in peace with myself otherwise. I am a friend for them. Karma has done its bit. So I liv 5hrs away from him. So I'm living my own life. He's facing prison in the next few months. Has has nothing left. He has no friends and very isolated. So I'm just a listening ear and support. We chat through messages most of the night. He told me tonight he is so grateful for me being there for him....I'm not good at hating....only loving. ❤

You do NOT have to kiss his boo boos. Especially when he inflicted your injuries. Your choice, of course. Boundaries, allowing others their consequences, stepping back and allowing God to be God us NOT hating. It is loving yourself first. Yes he was caught and he was challenged about it and would never take responsibility and ended it. I told him if he left thirteen years was gone and I will never take him back and I meant it. He left all arrogant and egotistical. I asked him to go to councelling and starr having date nights again. He adamantly said no. And left me a wreck. I had to glow up and I got myself back. 8 months. After the breakup I found out about the affairs andlies. So glad I stood on my decision. Blamed me for crazy things. He said such cutting words and the worst of all was, "I'm not in love with you anymore, and I need a month to see if I would even miss you." All the while it was because he had an affair . It's so funny how he spun he block five weeks later , but the door was bolted, and I never let him speak to me again. I was the only person who ever genuinely loved him and would have taken care of him until the end. I loved him unconditionally but I will never allow myself to be abandoned again.

Yes my ex contacted me by a text not a call but a long text. Blaming me for this breakup. My ex stated that there was never no love toward me.
