Don't forget to visit the crocodile bank near mahabalipuram. Other places in Tamil nadu are Kanyakumari and Rameswaram and the hills tations Kodikaanal and Ooty and the Waterfalls Kutralam.
Fun fact: Some of the temples on the shore of Mahabalipuram were swallowed up by a tsunami/tropical storm in the 13th Century, which buried a lot of structures under a thick layer of silt. No one realized that these temples existed till the tsunami of 2004 de-silted the shoreline and uncovered these temples. Further archaeological surveys have shown that the tsunami/tropical storm of 13th century had buried the coastline of Mahabalipuram by around 1 km under the ocean, most of the temples built on the shore were buried as well.
I really like your trip to India, a beautiful country with green jungles, beaches, mountain views, the architecture is beautiful and the people look friendly and smiling. I wish I was travel there. I love it how it looks.
Hindu Gods = Gods Sumerians = Asuras Greek Gods = Almost a derivative of Hindu gods but their stories have been mixed up and changed. Sanatana Dharma was once all over the world and it will blow your mind if you get into it.
Mahabalipuram is built by Mahindra pallavan and Narasimha pallavan kings from Pallava dynasty in 6 th century. These are Rock cut temples. They are carved out of existing rock so they were able to stand all those years.
walks past large plaque, 'what we need is a plaque explaining it all' 😂🤣😂🤣😂 I'm really surprised India doesn't have double decker buses like in the UK, I know they would fill up, but would be far more effective?
The Hindu & Greek are related, since both are Indo-European polytheistic cultures. The Sumerians are prob the 1st big agricultural society, & related to the Indus-Civilization (the 1st known Indian culture).
Please bring video of celebration of Holi in India I am very eager to see your family enjoying Indian festival of colours 🤩👍😊 Song... Holiya me ude re gulaal ..

In my town Kannur and Thalassery (north Kerala ) you can get mussels fry(220₹ per plate) prawn fry or carry, oyster dry fry crab dry fry, squid dry fry or carry, sardines Indian mackerelGreen ,chromide only for 1200 ₹ for 4to 5 individuals. (Special meals hotels) But we can't select spices levels. This area is not popular tourist destination, our place is slowly becoming tourist place.
Don't go on the busses if you don't need to they are always packed. We used to pack our car or auto rickshaw too just as full but at least we were family.
rs 1300 is too much for lunch, please ask how much price before you order for lunch so you can decide ,, I would not pay more than 200 rs for that lunch ,, poor foreigners getting ripped.
Thanks for Exploring INCREDIBLE INDIA🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 Very few Tourists visits these types of Ancient Places.... Love the Nature.... Nature will Love you back.... Love from Navi Mumbai 💕💕💕
Ancient India used to be the richest country in the world until the 17th century when the European Empires plundered this nation. Great video by the way 👍
Mostly India is a class society... the lower middle class and lower take the public transports like busses and local trains. The middle class and upper middle class usually have their own vehicles and even cars, they will take better transport. The rickshaws are not cheap... sometimes as much as paying for an Ola or Uber. And yes Indians do not go to tourist spots often. But Mahabalipuram is amazing with all it's history including the Chinese traders carved in stabbing ahem ahem... it was a warning for Modi!
Wonderful Vlog about Historical Mahabalipuram Coastal Town. Here are few recommended places to explore around Mahabalipuram, incase if you Guys returns back to India in future-Odiyur Lake, Muttu Kadu Water Sports Park and Vedant Hangal Bird Sanctuary.
Great Video....u guys r so positive and cheerful... Thanks for visiting my city.... If possible visit Trichy and Tanjore ...that's where the real culture of Tamilnadu can be experienced.
Your India series is an epic already, the price was bit more for the fish lunch than usual, tourist price I guess.but seemed he got a big grey pomfret ,looked tasty.iy should have been around 1000 for correct price I believe.
I’m from Chennai- Tamilnadu watching all your excellent videos. I’m working and living in Belfast city- UK . Where are the wee girls ? Are they went back to America? Are they ( 3 wee girls) your daughters? Enjoy your time and please take care and stay safe wherever you visit. ❤
Gr8 video. The little kid with the (assumed) makeup, had 'Kajal' on her eyes and face. It's an ancient Indian eye cosmetic, supposedly has benefits for the eyes and also to ward off an 'evil eye' (negative energy) from any surroundings. FYI. Welcome to the land of Mysticism.
thanks for showing these wonderful places, I am of Indian origin but living in Portugal/U.K.. Lived in India for 10 years but never been in south. You are wonderful family
The temples and large statues are built by sculpturing mountains itself. Usually sculptured stones are joint to build temples. Imagine how hard it is to carve the whole mountain into temple.
White Pomfret is a costly fish in india these days. They cost over ₹2000 / kg. But then that did not seem like white pomfret, but the fake grey one (unless that was really a BIG white pomfret (which would be at least ₹3000 per kg in online apps. But it is cheaper in south india, ... so maybe it was not over priced.
I think You're an extraordinay woman, You jump, dance, sing, what a happy mom. I enjoy all Your videos because You own a beautiful family and together produce lots of very interesting images, even for educational purposes. Incredible how You people behave on every experience without any fear, showing a great deal of courage and determination. Thanks for being everywhere, giving us those pictures from a world which, probably, We will never get to see in our lifetime.
I visited Mahabalipuram as a kid in 1983… still have pictures and vivid memories of the temples and that ‘Ladoo’ round rock … sitting under it and getting photographed .. Have been to Chennai half a dozen times or more in last 20 years…but all for work..flight-in…flight-out
Me too first visited at that time, recently visited there and found all the surroundings have been improved and it looks very much better. Try to visit now
