Just discovered your channel and I’m so glad I did. I suffer with an overactive thyroid and with that comes the side effect of persistent weight. It makes me feel so isolated like I want to hide away from everyone. Watching you is just like having a friend by my side so I don’t feel so alone. ❤

I like this haul. All of the sweaters and tee shirts are really nice. Too bad about the trousers, they look good on you. That neutral outfit looks great, taupe shoes in the summer/spring and a brown colored shoe would go with the color. The stress of illness and hormones can make the hair brittle and or fall out. ASDA looks like the US Walmart...JODIE YOU CAN DO THIS! ITS TOUGH BUT REMEMBER YOUR GOAL.
Hi Jodie the milk diet was the hardest, crusha got me through it. I did end up losing a stone in 11 days. It will be worth it I promise. I'm nearly a year post op gastric bypass and I've lost over 7 stone xxx ❤ keep going girl xxxxx
Hi Jodie, good luck on this 3rd time starting thos liver shrinking diet. Literally 3rd time lucky for you hopefully. I love Asdas and i pretty much shop there exclusively as i can get the shopping wnd pick up or return packages as well as shop in store of course. I'm a chronic pain sufferer like you so not up to sjopping as much as i used to be sadly 😢😢😢 I loved the khaki t-shirt at the end those always look so good on you but look awful 9n me 😂😂😂 I loved those trousers too ehen i saw them online and wosh i could pull the off.i always find their hood8es etc come up short on the arm unfortunately but that colour suited you a lot. I have an order ready for pick up and cant wait to try things on and I'm soooo looking forward to wearing cosy clothes. So glad your posting more xxx

Everything looks very nice. I wouldn’t take anything back because you have to realize you will be in those clothes so save them so that you can wear them as your weight goes down. You will be able to wear everything that you bought that shacket is beautiful. In the US we call the plaid jacket a shacket meaning shirt- jacket

Josie, first of all, hope you're well 😊 can I just say, what a vlog 😊. You need to do more of these ❤ I loved every single minute of it. I don't blame you for keeping those pants, they looked good on you and you will fit into them soon 😊. As for the grey hair, your not alone 😂 I've got greys and every now and then, I think I want to grow it out. I have a friend who works at Tesco and was talking to her and she said her sisters hair took 6 years to fully cover 😊. I don't know if I've got the patience. I was even thinking about getting it done at the hairdressers and have like some of my hair colour mixed in with grey, but I don't know if they will have to bleach my hair 🤔 getting my own hair grey would suit me 😊 with my curly hair too, yes please 😂 😂 my mum's a blonde and when a friend so nicely pointed years ago she can see a grey hair I was like "no, that's a blonde hair, my mum is blonde"!!!! Then I pulled it out and it was the worst thing I could ever have done 😂 that was when I was 23! My dad went grey at an early age too. I'm mixed race and I'm just contemplating if I should just go for the grey look, will save me from dying it every other month 😂. They say grow old gracefully but when something like this happens, what do we do....run for the hair dye 😂😂 anyway, I'm off now, oh, before I do go, when you and hubby were in bed I had to laugh because that's me and my hubby down to a T 😂😂 take care and see you in your next video/vlog hopefully another one like this. Hi Jodie, You are truly an inspiration to. I need to lose weight to have a hip replacement. My hip is in bad shape. I had the gastric sleeve years ago but I am still too heavy. I admit I dont always make the wisest food choices. When I get discouraged I think of you. Thanks for sharing your journey. Peace and blessings to you. ❤️
Awww bless you Lynn 🙏🏽 ❤️ all we can do is keep going, don't give up on yourself. Have you looked in to intimate fastening, eating only in a window say 12pm to 7pm. Its really affective. Xx
