This video, he open Evolution Set, so u will see Evolution Set card design, and if u watch his other Opening, he opened various set and u will see Charzard card difference art style in each set. He mention a Base Set which is the first set of Pokemon and the card is very expensive like Charzaed with PSA can cost 10K+. Another sector to set the card price is usability in Tournaments. If the card provide good state/effect/damage for player to use in the competition, the card will be expensive.

Just go on Pokemon price and type in the Pokemon the type of card like holo, reverse holo or ex then put evolutions at the end and it will come up with the price if you really want to know👍
