I have tried this method seeing from habib's channel... It works very well... 4 regular usage it is great instead of chemical conditioners... Agar koi spcl occasion ho toh normal shampoo conditioner is more effective

I always had soft hairs but going to high school i learnt a bad habit (which I'll be explaining) of using conditioner. Whenever I couldn't condition....my hair would look n feel nothing but a giant mess and too dry and rogue. Then i watched a youtube video about not using any conditioners and i decided to do the same... It's been 8-9 months since then and I now have soft and healthy looking and managable hair. I just followed a simple routine of L'Oréal shampoo , henna mixed with curd on one weekend and egg white on other... And my hairs are now turning to what they used to be🙏

I have tried this before. It's actually good. Can be used at times because the scalp doesn't get oil. So it can't be used on a regular basis. Hair fall reduced after doing this. And hair was much manageable. All can give it a try. Really works.

Very true I am using Javed Habib’s this preconditioning tip from past1 & a half year . It has worked like a wonder I had serious hair fall due to graying of hair and using different brand shampoos and conditioner suggested by salon people but now have stopped using conditioners and specialized shampoos it has helped Tremendously hair fall is less but one might feel rough hair after wash coz of not using conditioner For that use serum to avoid fizziness Thanks Sir

In Russia we use green tea bags. Take 2 green tea bags. Put some boiled water. Just like u make tea. Then remove the bags make them warm and keep on ur eyes for 5-10 mins. Used to do it during exams ))) Since you don't get enough sleep...

Mayne ise try kari hu. Shampoo k 5 m. Pehele. Fayda hota hay. Pr mere hair bohot jyada dry rough ha to dhire dhire kam kar raha hay. Or agr may kahu isko sone se pehele rat me balo pr lagake sou to isse jyada bahatar result mujhe mili ha. Ap is vedio ko banaya mujhe bohot khushi hui, kyuki peheli hi may ise try kara hu. I too have watched that video of Javed Habib...but have not tried this method of pre conditioning...am happy with oiling before shampoo...and after shampoo I use very little oil as a leave on conditioner ....this works for me....though loved this video...thanku for trying this method step by step and sharing ur views...

Hi di,i have also used this method,& I didn't found it helpful,my hair was greasy even after shampooing & there were so much hairfall! So yes this is totally not suitable for my oily & greasy scalp.

I would really really recommend you to use a homemade hair mask on the hair before washing it!!!! To make the hair mask, u need to mix equal proportions of curd and honey and apply on ur hair and leave it for 40 minutes on ur hair. Apply the mask very nicely from roots t tips if ur hair.... after 40 minutes wash ur hair with shampoo only and dont use conditioner!!! I am sureeee u will lovvveeeee the results. Since i have mid length hair, i use 5 tablespoons of curd and honey to make the mask and the results r amazingg

I do oiling at night and when I forgot to do it at night I do before shampoo for 30mins and I don't need conditioner.... My hairs are not addicted to conditioners if I feel like for any occasion that I should do it only then I do.... Otherwise they are super awesome with oiling methods

You are telling wrong ma'am ,he didn't told to do it this way ...he just told to apply mustard oil just one hour before shampoo on dry hair😑😑 and if we use oil on wet hair it will cause Imulsion that will automatically lead to hairfall. Rub aloe vera on your bald patches before you wash your hair. Keep for 10-15 mins then wash. It will take time to show results but it will show results.
