This is the most complicated style of knitting I've ever seen. A cross between knitting and crochet. Very pretty result, but would drive me up the wall, lol. Than you for sharing.

Too fiddly.....if you want the finished product to look like crochet, why not just crochet?

I have seen it before but knitting a different amount of sts in rows 3 and 7. This stitch is called 9 in 3. Its quite popular in Norway.

It’s Continental style of knitting. Older way is the traditional way. I’ve tried and failed to manage the new way of knitting!
