Love this bag with the dark pewter hardware so much. My husband purchased the size 20 for me for our anniversary and it was love at first sight. I was so excited to see they made the dark pewter size 26 available in the U.S. My bag is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow! I tried the 26 in both gold and silver hardware and I just wasn't feeling it.

@@brendawarner4854 Hi Brenda, it is my understanding that Coach offers free cleanings/conditioning of the leather bags for life so I’m hoping that perhaps they can clean the color transfer off of the bag. It may help to spray the bag thereafter with Apple Guard. I’ve seen great things from the RU-vid community saying that this drops color transfer and protects the bag. Keep me updated & good luck 🙌🏽😊

I just ordered this from Dillards. Did your bag have any issues? Reviews are half and half with how Dillards shipped the bag. From your video, it looks perfect!
Hi Jessica! My bag did come with some small indentations which I believe was due to how the bag was packaged. There was another user who commented that she received a perfect bag from Dillard’s warehouse which was properly packaged and still in manufacturers wrappings so I definitely feel like there’s hope to receiving a perfect bag. @@TheLifeofDiYan Hi! I ended up returning this bag due to the indentations but I will be repurchasing another one soon. I think that if any issues did arise that Coach would resolve them. I’d definitely ask customer service to see what the policy is regarding hardware damage. I hope that this helps. Please let me know if you decide to purchase it.
Hi! I know right?!!! It was only released in the U.S. through Dillard’s which is unfortunate. The bag in particular that I received had some creases so I ended up returning it. I am considering reordering & if I do I will surely do a review with updates😊

@@cochinamocos Hi! It was on the bottom right hand corner on the front of the bag. It was packaged from a store location and I think that it could’ve been because of how they packaged it. Which ordinarily would have been ok if this wasn’t such a soft leather. I don’t have one locally either so I had to order online. Please let me know when your bag arrives😊 hope that it a great bag without any issues 😊🙌🏽🙏🏽

If I order again then I’m definitely calling customer service beforehand because I don’t want the same experience. Have you had any trouble with the hardware? I was looking at reviews on Dillard’s and people were talking about a rivet falling off? Also concerned about the hardware peeling eventually. (Which is why I always worry about with black hardware) Beautiful bag though!!!
Hi Ericka! I ended up returning this bag in particular because the front was damaged (creasing on the front bottom corner). I do still have the Grey Blue version and have not experienced any issues with the rivet or hardware. I hope that this helps. If you have any other questions please let me know 😊
