They could be the deciding factor but you must consider they only count for about 6% of the population and there is a tragically high proportion of them who have lost their vote through a felony conviction. While every vote helps and is welcomed, I dont think black men can be counted on to deliver a Trump II Presidency. Women are the group that need to be convinced.

Convicted felons in my state cannot vote unless and until they have been a model citizen long enough and can convince a Senator, Governor or the President of such so their criminal record is expunged. It is rare and not all who request it will be granted an expungement that would clear their criminal record. Those who wish to be fully restored from past mistakes in that regard must remain spotless, keep a job, pay their bills, take care of their kids, dont get any tickets, dont get in any fights, dont get the cops called to their house etc Spotless.
