Are you going to clean then power up all looks pretty good condition a quick ultrasonic clean maybe a little solder. If not send it to me and I would happily do a video cleaning and powering up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It will cost u alot to repair it as u have to change the remote chip coz u r nt having the remote and i think all the circuits and motor are damaged too and even the battery
