Just ordered the leapord print ruffle dress - love it! I also use the thigh bands but the Bandalettes ones which have silicone top & bottom to stop slippage. Best summer things ever - no friction 'chub rub' burns or creating sparks when you walk 😂 x

I struggle with chub rub so much.I've tried so many different things over the years and what I find is always an issue with the things I've tried is when they start rolling up. Every time. They never stay in the right place and I'm constantly pulling them down. Also, trying to find shorts that are slightly longer. I don't want knee length shorts but I want something that covers more than the bare minimum.

Becky House if your looking for material shorts and not denim, try flippy shorts.. they are slightly longer a bit more high waisted, can be dressed up and down my favourite type!

Also, I did rugby and running for a few years and since then my calves have been massive, even when I'm on the smaller side of my average size. Ankle and above the knee seem to be the most flattering. Skinny jeans are awful 😂
