Even my appearance I've had dreams of being attacked I also had a dream that someone was trying to male vice me like swap places with me and this was a male trying to do it because he wanted something that I had or something like that I can't quite understand please hold me in your prayers as I am too weak on my own right now
God calls me princess too! However, I am 60 yrs old and unmarried else I would be Queen. Anyways, 40 + yrs have been robbed battle after battle with jealousy and envy due to generational curses and I am still fighting for my destiny and destination in God!!! Hey Stephanie, I get it I have habits too that I usually go through when I'm overwhelmed, or stressed, It usually brings me a lot of shame when it happens, hopefully you don't have that, but I definitely understand what you feel I hope and pray you get through whatever your dealing with, you're always so strong and God loves you Soo much, you're a blessing from God and you deserve happiness you win at the end of the day!!!❤️🥳🙏🏻👑💎
I think everyone has a trauma response those who has reap havoc and devastating issues in their life and I have one that I have to repent from time to time that I feel stablizes my emotions.....We repent take it to God and seek professional help if needed. ❤️

I Love how u just talk about ur mental health and everything about ur life without invalidating those feelings. I tend to gaslight myself to think wasn't that big of a deal and that I am ungrateful and have a victim mindset if I try to talk about my health, my feelings and my past trauma. Sometimes I even try to make ppl who are sensitive about their emotions feel bad about doing that and try to make them think they have a victim mindset when they shouldn't. It's something I just realized I should stop doing and I have to understand that it's ok to feel what u feel, talk about, realize I'm hurt and try to heal. U inspire me when u do that, when u acknowledge ur feelings and talk about ur trauma. U don't act like it wasn't a big deal like I do. I hope I'm making sense though, I really love that about u❤.
Biting my nails was always a trauma response for me too, I recently stopped out of nowhere. It’s been about 2 months. Which is great when in the past I couldn’t go a day without biting them. But I have started picking at my eyebrows now.

It's so heartbreaking as i hear you describe some of what you went through and I thank God for my mother being there for me for the majority of my childhood, keeping me shielded as best she could. I always wished that I was a superhero, Wonder Woman, fighting against the evil in this world, the bad guys the bullies.....growing up I was kept by my mothers side every second of every day. I wasn't allowed to be left alone with my siblings, so on weekends I had to do the grocery shopping and had no time to just be a kid. In the evening I had to go to the bowling lanes because she was in a league. I had one sister who came after me every chance that she had in a mean and even violent manner, and 1 brother that came against her every time she came at me. I was only 5 or 6 and it just kept getting worse as the years past...there was a lot of dark seeded anger, some violence and competition between them growing up. I always resented having to go everywhere with my parents, even though my mother did all she could to make it easier on me, letting me buy books and comics, and I never understood why, until one day my sisters complained that mom always was there to protect me, "the baby" There was such hatred and rage in her words. Then it happened, tragedy hit at 13 and my mother was pushed into a suicide situation and when she came home she was not the same person. Everything changed for me after that....Ironically I always referred to that toxic relationship with that one sister as a battle of Thor and Loki (I love my comics) or, biblically Cain and Abel.
Therapy is beautiful and work. His uses certain therapist to bring forth the healing! It’s the best thing I’ve started in my 51 years on earth. 🌍 mental health is important to the father 🙏🏽
Stephanie please pray for me keep me in your prayers I have been under several attacks where I have not been able to pray as much as I used to or even read my Bible as much as I used to my health my physical body has been under the attack someone afflictions for instance my legs have been aching and hurting me which they never do I went to the doctor everything is fine please pray for me that whatever is attacking me and hurting me that it be removed from me and that I be cleansed please I would be so grateful to you and please pray for my two boys and daughter they have been acting out in ways that are not normal for them either your help would be forever ever ever appreciated thank you.
Stephanie. i had this same issue biting the inside of my mouth. I did two things. I noticed that chewing gum helped me. I was always with gum and still gum chew. Get a stress ball if you don’t have one. I asked God to help me. I also move my feet side to side when under deep stress. Many people don’t even know why they do such things. I don’t know many people who have these issues when stress but, I learned it was stress the cause. Hope this helps.
The same sis trauma makes you do alot of things, i picked until it made a sore and nail biting as well, self harm is real and have always ask God to take it away and its only by Gods Special Grace , but Im more open to admitting it and being honest with myself and God
Yeah, I have trauma response too. Yeah I have a problem with biting my lip when I get anxious or I would bite my nails until they were numbs and sometimes this stuff can become a habit at times so I understand Stephanie I just never knew it was a trauma response 😢
