I'm paying child support for my oldest son and he's always with me. I buy everything for him, he basically lives with me but because his mother has primarily custody she gets paid. I don't even care about the money anymore she can enjoy that for a few more years. I got my son regardless, anything he needs!

N I never said consecutive years, n we both had custody it's just she wasn't going by the rules. Instead of them doing their job and monitor her, everytime she wouldn't let me see them n I called abiut the matter they say we have to go to court.. Who's gonna keep going to court if their not doing their job to see it through? So speak on something you know before come for me

Dang this child support thing is true. I raised all my kids. But I had one with another woman and she never let me see him. Taught him to hate me. Call me a dead beat dad and bad words. And the whole time he’s talking bad about me I’m just working hard, paying bills and being a father. My son was taught to hate me and thus himself. And never really allowed to know the man his father was. Hard working. Dependable. A good dad. Now, he has a warped idea of reality and doesn’t respect someone who came from an extremely hard background, came up out of that, and raised a family. All because his mom controlled him and distorted his perception. Because the courts gave her soul rights and made me fight for everything. It was weird.. his mom could say anything about me in court with ZERO proof and it would be taken 100% as the truth. Even if I had text messages and emails that proved the opposite to be true. Basically, the courts encourage the mom to get on state assistance. It’s like a loan.. but she doesn’t have to pay it back. The state, forces the dad to take on the loan. With fees, penalties, and interest. The state is paying one person and then forcing another to repay the loan. The mafia would of loved this racket.

You don’t know your laws kid. Go read a book. It’s plenty of people who are innocent but it saves you more money and stress not to take it to trial. You facing 30 years but you know youre innocent so if you take it to trial and lose boom you gotta go lay down. Why not take a plea deal and go do about 2-5 years. That’s how it works.
