I got the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro max. Pro for the wife, Pro Max for me and the 15 for the office

Can you use this tripod with the rear-facing camera of the iPhone?

Yes, you can definitely use the rear facing camera. The magnetic attachment does not get in the way.
