C Class Catamarans. Race (20 minutes, edited).
C Class boats are Catamrans up to 65" (165cm). With engines up to 30cc. Glow or spark ignition. (Nitro or petrol).
Weight about 13Kgm.
Radio controlled from the shore by the pilot, and an assistant spotter who advises obstacle, recovery boat and conditions (waves etc).
The course it marked by buoys, and has a timing gantry.
If a turn buoy is missed, the boat must circle it.
Boats must slow down and avoid the recovery boat.
Recovered boats can continue the race from the shore launch area.
