Budapest, the city where I live is still using the 280 series in daily service. Not this exact subtype, as this one was made for East-Germany, but it hardly matters.
The model is nice, accurate, and the phototextures further improve the overall quality. I'd even say that so far this is the best looking Ikarus 2xx model in the game.
The included repaint templates are easy to use, so repainting this bus shouldn't cause any headache. Also there are plenty of [setvar] variables that can be used for adding further details to the model. You can find more info about this in the manual.
The bus comes with dozens of repaints by default. Some are German (BVB, BVG, DVB, Leobus), but most of them are from various Russian transport companies.
Sounds are not the not the strongest feature of the addon, but an official update is already in the works, which will bring a new set of sounds, among other things.
Overall it's not a bad DLC, the price is a bit steep though, considering that you only get one type of bus in 5 versions, which are all fairly similar. So if you're not a die hard fan, then I'd recommend waiting till the devs add some more content (.03 subtype is coming in the future as a free update) or till it gets a discount.
