How are the stop announcements so loud for you? And how did you get the external announcements?

Is there a way to get the mod for the exterior announcements as well as the sounds for the bus and the ability to make bikes appear on the bike rack? I downloaded one I seen in the comments but the bus won't spawn and idk why
