On 31st May, Education Vibes, being the official recruiters for MBBS at Omsk State Medical University, welcomed the representatives of the university, OLGA VALERIEVNA PRAVDINA(Dean) and KULESH ARTEM VALERIEICH(Deputy Dean of International Faculty), at our the Noida office.
Education Vibes interviewed Kulesh Artem Valerievich. He is a Medical Faculty at Omsk State Medical University established in the largest city of Siberia Omsk Oblast which is also known as the cultural capital of Russia. Omsk Oblast is the 12th largest city in Russia consisting of 1.5 million people. He majorly deals with international MBBS admission procedures at university. He answered some questions majorly asked by the students and parents such as why chose OSMU, admission procedure, accommodation, and clinical exposures.
He states “The Omsk State Medical University University comprises 100+ years of experience (established in 1920), well-trained and experienced international faculties, top-notch facilities, Indian mess, etc. The Omsk City consists of more than 1.5 Million population, which facilitates good patient flow and better clinical experience. Recently, more than 100 students have been studying at OSMU and found the university suitable for Indian students. They provide a hostel dedicated to international students, and staff over there use the English language to communicate and facilitate Indian food for students. The university is a practical university for MBBS in Russia. They facilitate clinical exposure with professional professors, experienced doctors, and actual patients. It helps them to enhance their practical knowledge and become a successful doctor.”
The documentation for admission will start from the last week of June which includes the student’s information, a 10+2 mark sheet, and a valid passport. The document window will be closed in mid-July month. Later on, there will be a computer-based online exam for Chemistry and Biology whose results will be declared at the end of July. After that, students and university are just required to complete the legal documentation and then students can depart to study MBBS Abroad.
