Congress' 5 Guarantees
1. GRUHA JYOTHI - 200 units of free electricity every month to every household to help bear bills.
2. GRUHA LAKSHMI - ₹2,000 each month to the female head of every household for sustenance and help in the fight against price rise.
3. ANNA BHAGYA - 10 Kg rice, every month to every member of BPL families. No one in Karnataka will sleep hungry.
4. YUVA NIDHI - ₹3,000 every month to every unemployed graduate for a period of two years. And ₹1,500 to unemployed youths with Diploma. So, during the period they are finding a job, Congress govt will help them with income support.
5. Free bus travel for women in govt buses to ensure they have the freedom to travel without worrying to pay.
