I don't think they think it's 10, they say that because they want to project security and good self-esteem. The first woman is a 10, she has privileged beauty. Someone sure of theyself will never give a 10, or more of that. The human being can never be a 10, we have flaws and virtues.

Like I know I can improve my appearance in multiple ways, I’m still confident in myself though, most of the time when we get mad when every single girl says “10” is because it’s not confidence it’s arrogance, there’s nothing wrong with being confident but you can be honest at the same time
