I would like to correct Ms . Rauniyar Technically market is in recession if GDP growth rate is in negative three consecutive quarter , she might be correct that we might entered in recession thrice only but At that time we were not dependent on remitted income so were not affected by financial crises during 08 . But now scenario has been changed as our major chunk of GDP and forex reserve is covered by remitted income , so if US and other western countries enters into recision then we could also be part but what extent can't be predicted , and one more thing Nepal is at greater risk of being put on greylist by FATF , which will lead to held all financial aid and remitted income from abroad . So things can't be predicted as of now .

What companies in Nepal have merit and demerit? They don’t look companies earning, P/E ratio, marketability and such. There ain’t no companies except bank, insurance and hydro. I think Nepalese share are scamming
