Hi Sanjay, I loved your show with Captain Vijaya Lama and I am one of his friend in Hampton, New York. I am one of Seniormost Doctor from NYU and a Private Pilot. I dont want to be an Airline Pilot but fly my iwn plane and plan to go round the World in a Glamorous Style !!! This is something no Nepalese Pilots have thought of yet. In regards to Nepalese Pilots flying outside Nepal are having fun if they have an American Pilot License. But if they are Pilot from Phillipines and other smaller countries then you will lose your stripes and rank of Nepal but only get a little more money than in Nepal. In Dubai and Saudi Arabia, if you are a Pilot from Nepal and another Pilot from America then they get different pay scales for the same job. Nepal pilot get Nepalese Standard Pay Scale while American Pilots get American level Payscales. So Nepalese Pilots working outside arent really doing well if you dont have an American Pilot License. All Nepalese working in Saudi Arabia also faces the same situations. I am living like a Celebrity in Hamptons New York Doctor Pilot with our own Private Airport. And from St.Xavier's Jawalakhel. Fliying is a safest mode of transport but truly speaking , not in Nepal where you have no accounts of how many engine and technical mishaps .. we have taken accounts of only crashes and it’s almost two crashes per year and with other technical mishaps it will be 6-7 incidents per year which is by international standards a disastrous figure … the moment you enter the flight and till the moment you get out , you always have that sense of threat within you … so by international criteria , travelling by air in Nepal isn’t the safest mode of transport … it is elsewhere but not in Nepal … get this fact …

Just being honest here: First of all, Sanjay jee bhannuhunxa I dont fucking care about comments, I wanna get past these negativities. That's certainly your interest tara you have chosen a platform where you need to be aware of your critics. Ani aafno sathi bhai circle bata matrai opinion lida it might not address the interest of your audiences. Meanwhile, its the audience who you have to cater your program to. As your regular audience until now I wanna blurt out (hajur samma pugxa pugdaina Idk) 1. You bring very interesting people from diverse backgrounds. Kudos on that. Thats the reason I listen to as well, dherai kura janna bujna paainxa. But you ask the same repeatitive questions to your guest no matter their knowledge/backgrounds, you use the same vocab even though you claimed that you learn new words every single day (humungous, no shadow of doubt....). Please change your questions so you can dig more out of your guests( khali what do u have to say to young generation jasko attention span kam xa, covid le malai dherai kura sikyo blah blah, leave it behind man, covid was once upon a time aba ta.. and u sound like ur opinion aligns with every guest, tara each guest is a unique personality so isn't that contradictory?) 2. The most annoying thing is clickbait, such a misleading content and waste of time 3. Lastly, you got a great voice but voice alone doesn't suffice, i think you need to do more research and ask proper questions. Yes, you were the one who introduced a proper podcast in Nepal, but hajur sangai start gareko aru host who were just learning at that time have now surpassed you in terms of the homework they do and bring on to the audience (Good for them, maybe time for you to improve) Jai hos! :)

How can anyone who's very influential says Gautam Buddha International Airport is in Lumbini but not in Bhairahawa??There is NO airport in Lumbini and luckily they didn't say it's in Butwal!! Looks like people has started erasing Bhairahawa from the map. Some of you might say that Bhairahawa is in Lumbini that's why, But NO , i don't agree on that! So do you say that TIA is in Bagmati or Kathmandu? Pokhara Airport is in Gandaki or Pokhara itself?? So GBIA is in Bhairahawa not in Lumbini. Sorry no offence to anyone, just my opinion.

10:45 why he has to be so diplomatic? It’s time to speak up. Nepali airlines rely on an ageing airplane stock for domestic flights, many of which are not equipped with modern weather radars or GPS technology that can help mitigate problems with visibility or weather. We can’t afford to keep flying aircraft that are 43 years old. The technology, or lack of, is dangerous to be flying in a place like Nepal.

I think vijay lama was too defenseive here. Nepali aviation industry has such a poor reputation in the world, to the point that nepli airplanes are banned from entering the european airspace. So If we are to believe vijay here then are the Europeans being prejudices to Nepali Aviation? So all the air crashes in Nepal are because of difficult terrain?
