Р The Houthis have announced a military operation against US Navy ships. On January 24, the Houthis clashed with several destroyers and US warships in the Gulf of Aden and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. These ships provided protection to two American commercial vessels. The result of the operation was a direct hit on an American warship, two American commercial vessels were forced to depart and return.
Wikpedia: The *Bataan Death March* was the forcible transfer by the Imperial Japanese Army of 75,000 American and Filipino prisoners of war (POW) on the Bataan Peninsula in WWII. The transfer began on 9 April 1942 after the three-month Battle of Bataan in the Philippines during World War II. The total distance marched was 65 miles (105 km). Sources also report widely differing prisoner of war casualties: from 5,000 to 18,000 Filipino deaths and 500 to 650 American deaths during the march. The march was characterized by severe physical abuse and wanton killings. If an American or Filipino POW was caught on the ground or fell, he would be instantly shot. After the war, the Japanese commander, General Masaharu Homma and two of his officers, Major General Yoshitaka Kawane and Colonel Kurataro Hirano, were tried by United States military commissions for war crimes and sentenced to death on charges of failing to prevent their subordinates from committing atrocities. Homma was executed in 1946, while Kawane and Hirano were executed in 1949.

Additionally, a news story from Naval Air Systems Command from 2 June 2023 states “The Marine Corps is replacing the aging AV-8 Harrier with the more technologically advanced F-35 Lightning II by the end of 2027.”
That's not how this works. Israel through American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) lobby all government official in United States of America to fulfill policies that are more favourable to the Jewish state of Israel's political interest in the Middle East. Money talks in Washington DC, more so than any other representative democracy; especially with Democrats and the religious motivation make it easier with Republicans. Though the irony is that Israel uses the same money given to them by the United States taxpayer to fund the campaigns of politicians that will see things their way.
