Sometimes video/life just doesn't go the way I want, but I'm always honest about it. In the spirit of that honesty, I talk about how I've been really emotional, and how that state affected my video, which is all about halloween art.
Thank you for sharing openly and honestly ❤ it's so helpful when people do that! I am like you with Halloween, I wouldn't mind working on Halloween things all year round! My favourite part about Halloween is probably dressing up myself - thinking up the costume idea, and the fulfilment I feel when it comes together at the end. Movies is a very hard one... I think I have to say that Nightmare Before Christmas is my favourite Halloween movie, I've loved it since I was small, and love musicals too so it fits perfectly. I was lucky enough to see many of the original cast perform the songs live to the movie a few years ago! Sleepy Hollow and Hocus Pocus are very both close behind though. For horror movies, I like Us, The Conjuring, The Thing, The Black Phone, 1408, A Quiet Place and The Shining. I have qualms with a specific part of Hereditary but I also think that's an incredibly well made movie. On the more comedy side I love What We Do in the Shadows and An American Werewolf in London.
