On Ernst Cassirer's 'Philosophy of Symbolic Forms' 

Cassirer is one of the greatest cartographers of symbolic expression, a worthy successor of Hegel. True polymathic scholar of the entirety of human experience. Great video. The only other one who can be worthy of such a title is Spengler.

Excellent lecture. Cassirer sewed many threads together from which it is possible to gain new perspectives on a range of theories.

Apparently this fine fellow thought that Adam Smith had nothing whatsoever to do with the Enlightenment!
