One of the main reasons I love working out in nature or outdoors for that matter is the fresh air. Used to go to the gym before Covid and during Covid they shut down the gyms so you had to find new ways to work out and I learned that staying indoors for too long is not good. Breathing fresh and clean air is crucial and it helps with mental health and even helps with insomnia
