Base 16 can correspond to using the thumb as a pointer for each of the 4 finger of a hand, and using both hands for place value (4x4 = 16 on two hands)

Is there a chance that you share your work with us or should we contact with congland service directly?

I made an agreement not to share the materials I obtained beyond showing them briefly on screen. If you want to get materials to translate the Rasharnian dialogue, contacting Conlang Services directly would be the way to go. I would be interested in your results, as I have questions about how consistent the Rasharnian dialogue can be.
