In 1990 the late first President Dr Kenneth Kaunda signed and amended article 4 of the Zambian constitution allowing the Multi party democracy system from a one party participatory democracy, despite that he still told the BBC that Africa and Zambia is not ready for a Multi party democracy and your conversation today 35 year s later relates to the same
