I’ve had 1 for over a year now , very basic. But works for me and yep it works with deep signals . Great to see it in the magazine 👍

Loves finding hammys on the field, hates the wet sand tho. Got mine wet in the rain one day it's died on me so I dried it out for 2 days it came back to life and I used it for ages after then I sold it on. Good machine.

Great effective machine . Interesting how with modern electronics detectors are getting excellent at responding to good targets in close proximity to undesirable targets at a affordable price.

It's NOT waterproof, just the coil.

@Dxnielll8233 Only the GM 6 is protected against rain, but also not waterproof so you cannot submerge it.

Not water proof only coil if u get water in the stem then tip it upside down water gets in the control box it will die but u can dry them out and they work again lol

I had one machine with a single tone that I could tell what it was as the pitch of that single tone would change and be softer or louder and slightly less broken up, you could tell a target type from that despite it sounding the same tonally.
