Thanks for your comment kev, Unfortunately we havnt done much for the last 4 years, our front man peter mace joined another band featuring john coghlan, obviously the thrill of bigger crowds and the name john coghlan took him away from what I believe could have been a band to be reckoned with on the circuit if we had stuck together and given it our undevided attention. Having said that, when we do get together, which as been maybe 15 times over the last 4 years, we still play extremely well together, But I guess that the connection we have after growing up together for 40 years and playing together. I'm hopeful that with what time we have left now that we are all late 50s and some, we might still get that chance. Playing as never been about egos or money, it's simply the love of music and spending time with my life long friends.👍👍
@@richardsharpe9171 thankyou for the reply Richard,I lived in South Africa for many years, and played guitar and sang in bands, also did some choir singing too.i really enjoyed it, unfortunately I don't get to do much now, maybe at 64 I'm a bit old! (But young in heart). always dreamed of playing in Quo,,,,at least I got to shake the late Rick parfitt's hand at a gig!!...I wish u all the best.God bless.
Bought the album this appeared on from the Audio Club of Gt Britain.....This sounds as fresh by OTL as the Quo original....Cool band doing and digging their stuff
Pete Mace Quo has lost all credibility with this aquostic stuff , it would have been ok with just an odd track or two but to take it this far is ridiculous its not what I originally loved quo for , and without Rick I have very little interest . Keep up this good work Pete :-)
I know what you mean Roy and totally agree!! I wished they could of done one more album with the Frantic Four then just knocked it on the head but there ya go!!! Thanks again mate ;)
