On the road: Ocean Harbor Dim Sum 

Appa’s kitchen on the road from Philadelphia Chinatown - Ocean Harbor Dim Sum. One of my favorite dim sum places anywhere. They still do it the old style and wheel carts around. Huge selection. Fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. 1023 Race Street - between 11th and 10th - a block from the Convention Center - close to Center City.
