सबसे पहले मशीन में user का punchadd करना होता है फिर ontimesoftware में utility option के import empolyee from machine से उस user id को download कर सकते या फिर डायरेक्ट emplyee menu से add emplyee कर के उस यूजर id से उस user का name add करना होता है फिर ये काम होने के बाद Download punch पर जा के user का पंच डाउनलोड किया जाता है जैसे कि इस video में बताया गया है फिर रिपोर्ट menu से report देख सकते है अगर आपको यह video अच्छा लगा तो प्लीज like shear and subscribe जरूर करे

Software of ontime from my Cd in the device box or Downloaded Version from site none has MODEL no S-B7CB in drop down menu in Device settings So i choose S-B7C . Also i want to know how to read records from a pen drive where i have exported data. I am using RFID cards.Cards are getting acknowledged fine but it is showing NO RECORDS AVAILABLE. Please help.

Thanks For watching My Video and sorry for late replay Employee id Machine ka remove krna hai ki Software ka agar machine ka remove krna hai to user enroll ke samay delete user ka option rhta hai wha se us id ko enter krke use remove kar sakte hai but agar aap softwater se krna cahte hai to usee employee master se kar sakte hai lekin us id ko bhul se bhi delete na kre kyoki esse o id no. hmesa ke liye remove ho jayega eske liye aap us id ko modify kar ke use left kar de matlad usme left date ka option rhat hai useme current date dal de Thanks

@@gmobi404 thanks for replay eska ek aur solution hai software me nya update aya hai to abhi new model ke device ka use kar rhe ho to new update software download kr lena aur usme deveice me se us model ko select kar lena agar esa bhi nhi hua hai to apke deveice ke serial number ko regester krana hoga company me tab ho jayega
