When you race thats all you need took me time to learn it but quick turn and brembo rcs will save you and make riding fun

Ofcourse.. Number 1 in riding is to be smooth and follow the bike..not fight it;)

From the on board POV perspective I learned how rough and bumpy the course is because it’s an actual road and not a race track most of the year, of course.

Btw he is running Nissin calipers and not Brembos.

One finger braking can be done by the average Joe on a good setup. I one finger brake on my S1000R all day long.

Exactly. While playing Isle of Man TT: Ride on the Edge 2, I can't get enough focus doing 6 laps, holding just a Xbox pad in hands, not 200hp beast. These guys are insane

When its the only one of a few courses you ride, you get to learn it.

That's the edge McGuinness has always had over the other boys, who are often way more aggressive. This lap, he's doing practically blind, and not pushing it one bit. Indeed a leisure lap for the cameras

They put a cardiac monitor on him to measure his heartbeat which showed levels similar to a normal person being at rest. Respiration also indicated same.

That he is. He's always had an edge over the other boys. That same edge also stops him from going absolute flat out, never pushes beyond his own established boundaries. Hence why he is not overall champion of the TT. And that's what makes him GREAT. He has no discernible weaknesses when he is riding. He has a mindset that is more that of a professional rider. Guy Martin for example. Great guy, but when he's on the bike he's got this aggressiveness that has gotten him into trouble more times than even he liked, and now has forced him to retire early.
