I like that you fill your children with good food. I see some large families buy a lot of sugary cereal and processed foods. It may be easier to cook but in the long run your kids will be healthy into old age.

Please keep in mind: if one tomato is bad it doesnt mean that all of them are bad. I know it's annoying to have one that is bad, you've spend money on it! But when you return them the supermarket just throws it away, even though it's perfectly edible. Love you video otherwise! It's super interesting to see what a large family eats in a month!

Very smart of you to say Solo will be back by the time we see this video. I never like to tell people when my husband is out of town.

Quick suggestion, when you first go into aldi have one of your children buy and pay for eggs then run them to the car while your doing your shopping. Me and my dad we are foster parents and we too go through a whole lot of eggs in a month.

I use to make Baby Formula with Evaporated Milk and pre boiled water. My son couldn’t tolerate regular formula, or cows milk. He couldn’t tolerate vegetables, or fruits either. Just bananas. He was allergic to everything.🤷🏻‍♀️. He did grow out of it. I’m so excited about your new baby. I just cannot wait to see him. Your children are sooooo Beautiful. I wish I had more, but it wasn’t in God’s plan. So I get so excited when others have babies.

👍👍👍 OUTSTANDING! Once a month is so hard and takes a lot of thought and you have perfected it perfectly. Many years ago we did not have stores with bulk so had to struggle with choices. And a large freezer was considered too rich for working class. I bought mine by mending and cleaning homes then filling mason jars with my earnings. My son was put on goats milk cus of allergies so drove two hours away for fresh at a goat farm. Finally got 2 goats and milked them and really was the best for everyone. Best yogurt and cheeses made by ME! So easy! Then filled acreage with fruit and nut trees grapes and other vined fruits and huge veg garden. Always trading with others for what I didn’t grow. Lots of work but the savings and rewards the BEST!! You really do very well but having a few acres for your size of family would be my choice not only for monies saved and eating healthier but the kids would be learning so much too. As adults my kids have continued what they learned and so the tradition grows and the bounty is shared with so many in need. I love your families journey and welcome new ideas you share. You are AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice job sarah!! We also let the birthday child pick meals. It's fun to see what they come up with. When my daughter was little, on one birthday she wanted mozzarella sticks for dinner LOL!!! We went to a local pub and she got her mozzarella sticks. She thought it was so cool and the best dinner ever!!! Still remembers it years later.

She said it's working well. she recently discovered the Amazon subscription where you order household items.. diapers & wipes too (she has 2 under 2 too) the savings are amazing.. it's delivered every month..being in Hawai'i prices get really jacked up so this way for her prices r at least a 3rd lower!
