Thanks so much for the motivation. Spending the day putting together all the copies I’ll need for my kids’s weekly binders for the next six weeks in a master binder in order to have an easier time putting them together in the future weeks.
We’ve added Picture, Composer and Nature study in to our homeschool this year. I basically take Sonlight off on Friday’s and do all the Charlotte Mason-y things that day. It’s been working well and my daughter really enjoys it. We’re doing the Genesis pack from SCM right now.
I had struggled so much with finding the right planning system. I borrowed your idea of using the flexible binder, and I added the free printable planner sheets from Christian Book. Perfect and very customizable! I have learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your insights!
How do you structure the day: like do you do all the lessons together?? Or partial solo/group work--ANYBODY ON HERE. Single parent homeschool mom with middle school child and so much confusion/conflict. Feel like I’m drowning and failing. Never a minute to myself. Living in a town with minimal like almost no homeschool co-op options.
