16:45 the people who get these quickly are the people who are doing the last 2 days of a server runthrough, so they can smash through to level 50 and get all the rewards for the season in 2 days, people complained about leeching on manibus events yet when people didnt bring missiles and turrets, but, the people who jump into a server that has 1 or 2 days left of a season, get all the rewards then jump to the next nearly ending server, are not even there for the main work people have done on the server
That was definitely an issue in most servers. The last week becomes a wait list for content. People are looking for the free ride, yet when only 5 people were actually doing prime wars, with 20 leeching... it was rough. The beserkosaurus/radiant one via crates also produces more alts for more chances since you can drop trade them. It's a background worry in my mind. I still haven't made an alt yet, hopefully don't have to!
Thanks for the summary. As you have already said, the boxes from the season shop are very expensive and I don't really belive in the "chance" to get something good, until you hit the guarantee. You need like 150! challenges to have enough Mitsuko's Marks for only 1! crate with random loot in. It's so demotivating. Same with the Prismverse Crate, they reduced the price from 3k to 2.7k ... for a chance to get one random part, of one random set, ... I opened like 15 of those chests - don't remenber the name - you got from the phases and the login, with the chance to get a Prismvere Crate. In the end there was one (after 10 guaranteed) with the Mayfly shoes in it - well.
@@itsblubb I have NO IDEA why starry studios are so hellbent on RNG crates for every aspect of the game. Lootcrates are to pry on the naive, I don't enjoy it, yet I get the business behind it. Yet making a limited resource like mitsuko marks be submitted to RNG sucks. I personally want to collect all deviants so hopefully in two pulls I can get the prismverse deviants or trade for the one I don't have. Yet people are always more happy with purchases where they get what they pay for. Fortunately for me, the fancy deviation securements were pretty cheap. Had most of the points when I originally tested the system on the first crate.
With Lowe's quest active? Once you enter the last part of the docks it brings up the quest, then you follow the ice, then you start talking to V again once you get to the lift. If that isn't activating I'm not sure the best route, if a relog won't work, then they might have messed it up in the last patch.
Thanks for doing this. I honestly like Snapshot. It would be cool if it took cool picts of us fighting or scenery photos. I also learned if you click their photo while in containment you get more info on the deviants
@@logologo732 That honestly would be sick. I'd be down with a full resolution photo mode. The new field guide isn't bad for most things in the game, but you can't zoom and rotate.
From the new lootcrate. Yet it's not crazy expensive. I had to just do my first 10 pull for the new lootcrate, then I had enough of the shards(dupe currency) to pick it up. Yet I had some already from when I tested the lootcrate system when it came out originally.
@@billray7703 It's 30 duplication shards, I'd say if you have none, it's either 2-3 10 pulls. Which if I had no shards, I probably wouldn't of gotten it. I despise the loot crates and how they do them, yet I liked these because they are scaled larger and show off the deviations better in the securement unit.
Does anybody know what the Special deviations are in the "candy shop" thing? There's a pumpkin buzzy bee and one that looks like a girl with a box for a head. Are those real deviations we can use? Or are they statues or plishies?
Yeah, I talk about them in the deviation morphs section of the video, they are very real, deviations, and you can get them through the shop in the F3 events page.

I think that's the tab it's in lol might be a different event. But there's 3 special variants, special Digby boy, special big cat (forgot what it's called lol) and special festering gel
I don't have that event. If you have something different than pure gold or prism digby, rose or blue gel, moonlit jewel, ginger, or good fortune cat, those are exclusive to that event. I doubt they'd do it. Yet if you use any specific deviant, then pick one from there. The pink gel is best for healing being the point of the gel, and the moonlit jewel cat is the rarest among the cats.
@Xelray ok , cool thanks! The specific ones in my event tab are - good fortune cat + pure gold Digby + marine star gel (blue one). Does the pure gold Digby get different ores than the original one?
@@Froggy_Bomb Yes, Pure Gold Digby can get more ores than the standard Digby, however, in Way of Winter, Tungsten and Aluminum are plentiful on the map everywhere it seems. So it loses a little value there. We can't farm for Festering gels so far in week one in Way of Winter, so that tells me, that might be a safe pick if you don't have a good festering gel already.
A lot of other deviations are available in different ways, Yet I have not seen a few. If I were to list most important first down, I'd choose 1. Harveseed - Free Heal when at low health to avoid going down. 2. Space Turner - Teleport friends to your location 3. Pup Buddy - Extra backpack weight, and sells well 4. Rebecca - All deviations have better mood recovery 5. Frog the Leaper - Free bait and high jumps 6. Electric Eel - If you have power issues 7. Festering Gel/Dr Teddy - No current healing deviation in scenario, if you want one. 7b. Combat deviation of preference. Everything else doesn't really matter too much, or helps a specific gameplay element. If you use growshrooms, bring one or two over, ect. I personally like gingerbread house, just because it's fun to use, and also drops aggro.
Good question, you are correct, you as a singular player can only have one. I'm talking about making a team of players with select deviants to make everyone stronger. Partially why I haven't tested it, everything currently dies too fast to test effectively.
@@Xelray okay, pretty sure fortress warfare is the only thing you can buff teammates with. Are there new deviations that describe team buffs? I haven’t put much time into this new scenario yet, but currently they have only affected yourself
@@UntamedGameMane Deviations can put debuffs on monsters to increase the damage that monster takes. Snapshot does this too. It's if these two debuffs Identify as the same debuff, or two different debuffs will determine if it stacks or doesn't. Think of bullseye, it makes the monster take more damage, it doesn't make you stronger, unless you have boots or mods on that make you deal more damage to creatures with the effect. Hopefully that clears it up for you.
PvE people did have a shot for a few days to get Pup buddy, yet then they took it away. I got lucky and had it drop back then in the first scenario at launch, I think it was phase 3 or 4. Yet, currently, it's only available from the invisible living crates in Evolution's call. Most people make an alt to grab it, then drop trade it with their main, since there isn't a better way other than trading with others.
A real take but people keep like.. spreading it like wildfire, bounce isn't bad. People just aren't doing it right, the damage, especially for farming bosses is one of the fastest. Most people just have no clue how to properly play it.
I made a bounce build. And to play it right, you had to have multiple turrets down, in the right position, to be able to a) have infinite ammo, b)stack damage on squid, c)stack mini feaster, and with all those things, I could drop treant in less than 20-15 seconds. However, the amount of work to do that, and resources to do that, were absurd. I agree you can get a lot of damage, I also believe for the amount of effort, you get less payoff for some point and click builds in the game. Therefore I rate it as a terrible build. In PvP it is tons better than in PvE in standard use, especially the sniper. Yet, I feel it misses the mark and you feel more like an engineer class in PvE to try and just do "okay" damage. I also wanted bounce to be good, gave it a helluva' try, and just said, nah, this isn't it. Out of all build types, that was the one I scrapped.
Mini feaster was absolute trash before, tentacles did not spawn properly, did barely any damage, and spawned so damn far apart that it more often than not lost the tentacle damage buff before you can even stack it, now at least power surge has an actual deviant instead of having to run wolf 100% of the time
I was able to spawn the tentacles pretty well, yet, overall, bounce really didn't have much going on. What I did enjoy is I had a chance with bounce to max out the tentacle stacking effect(The tentacles themselves sucked, 100% agree). It seems now, you get maybe a second tentacle by the time the first one disappears, so instead of a 80-100% bonus, you can only net a 40-50% bonus for a split second. I also agree that power surge builds had absolutely nothing going deviation wise for a build. They absolutely needed something, and with them reworking bounce anyway, it definitely fills the void for now.
Still need to do some Min Max Testing on Deviations, yet this is all the information you need to know how each one works, and how to get them. Thinking of making an overview guide once I finish all my collections, yet I still need a little bit of work until I make that. I'm not sure how soon we'll see new morphs. Yet that will be part of the full overview.
You get fetch a lot bunnies all over way of winter, they have a chance to be either Dark Rebel or Alice. Cats, I have only seen them come out of Silos as the mid silo deviation drop. Yet I've seen it at random in 2/3 of the silos. Haven't seen any cats in town this time.
Chaosweavers are BS. Let’s make majority of builds elemental/status and let’s also make these 300ft tall bosses with screen wide health bars be completely immune to that dmg. Idiotic af!
This is one thing I haven't been able to stand since Forgotten Giant in Manibus/Evolution's call. You make people go all in on a build, just to make it useless on some content. It's a very bad take by the developers. I get why they do it, because it's difficult to tie a secondary damage effect to the right hit location, yet it feels really bad to play. Way of Winter has been great, yet the map feels not complete, and while chaosweaver's are fun, you highlighted a frost and fire build and they both don't work on them!
Yeah, later on I want to make a video on things that would make the game better. Phase 1 feels somewhat boring after my first scenario shift, just waiting for things to open up, then you wait until pro modes to farm. Needs to have more stuff to do in week 1 and 2. Very excited about the thermal tower mechanic though. I hope that eats up some time.
@@Xelray agree. This is my second scenario and my first was a novice PvP so this is a lot different for me. Pending how this shapes up in the coming weeks I may go back to PVP.
