+Valerie Moreno they use the real horse for the stunt doubles. They just edit it later to show both sides of the ride: the dialogue, and the riding. I dk if Jen can ride a horse, but I know Colin can. There are pics of him on an actual horse with just his black shirt as well. It's possible he was just riding it on his "off-time", but he IS from Ireland and knows how to ride.
