I mean it's harder than it looks. 🤷 honestly if I was him on the first hook he should've rushed it and Sabo it then rush off as the nurse would have no time to find another hook. He could've gotten acouole sabos off if he was more focused on the hooks when the killer was going that way rather than trying to get their attention

Noob3: the hooks are like that on purpose. They decided to make the basement not all or nothing, so they decreased the minimum distance they have to be from the basement. It does feel like the gens and hooks are to close together in general tho

There used to be a problem where, if you down someone near-ish the basement on some maps, you couldn't reach any other hooks and also couldn't get into the basement. So I think the hook at the shack is supposed to fix that problem
