Can someone shift out of a mental illness? Someone having depression or bipolar or schizophrenia (etc.), or if they have suicidal ideation sometimes, can they shift towards not having any of that?
I was one of those who did your shift into a parallel reality video for about two months while bedridden with severe sciatica. I kept seeing my parallel self on a boardwalk with yachts parked on the side. A vacation was the last thing on my mind then. Nevertheless, after about two months, my husband surprised me with a vacation in the Bahamas, while l was still sick! I had never been to the Bahamas before. He said we will get there and you will feel different and will get better. And that’s exactly what happened. The strangest thing about it was that when l went there, the boardwalk in our resort was exactly what l had seen in my vision! I am a believer!

I let go of trauma and forgave every one who's ever wronged me in a matter of seconds just by realizing those people will be ok, and I'll be ok. Just drop the cords of resentment and move on.
@@HallieBunch I've actually been reading the new testament and watching the chosen and mentioned him in a few songs I've written. What he says resonates deep within. It's not just interesting or agreeable information. I think of him a lot. :) I feel empathy like never before. I value all life. I can't even bring myself to hurt a fly. Just an overall higher understanding of why people feel the way they do about anything, and of course, still learning all the time. :)

In other words. Dont listen to your own negative self talk, it will depress you into immobilization. Dont wallow in the past. Live in the present. Keep moving forward to improve yourself. Live your life the way you want.
I experienced the shift to a parallel reality when I drove down a rainy country road with my two kids in the back. There was loads of traffic and trucks on the road. My car suddenly lost grip and started spinning on the road. While that happened suddenly there was no trees and no traffic. The car spun 7-8 times and we crashed into the ditch. Unharmed. The car did not even have a scratch. The road was empty. It sopped raining. The only vehicle on the road was a road safety car, which pulled us out of the ditch. My then 12 year old son said, he thought time stood still and the moment was”surreal”. We could all have died that day but didn’t
What you found out, is the same that was written in the Bible thousands of years ago. Chronos and Kairos. Chronos is the way you see your time/life. Kairos is the divine connection, it is not connected to a timeline/timeframe. It already exists, you "just" need to access it. Is the same as the "channel" in your example. Simply understanding what the bible says, and understanding that it has little to do with religion, completely changed my life. I was broke as f* before i understood the dynamics of energy and the codes present in the bible. I wish everyone could see/feel/live it too, it's an amazing feeling and brings a huge abundance into your life. I wish you all the success in the world buddy.

Hey, I spent the entire day crying today, not knowing how to survive another day because I felt so bad. For the last couple of days, I've been eating extremely poorly. Then, 10 minutes ago, I opened RU-vid and your video popped up. I watched it and instantly felt better. Ideas of what to do to make myself happier came to my mind. As I write this message, I'm enjoying a plate of fresh salad with baguette :) Aaron, thank you so much for all the videos you make. Thank you for being you, which is obviously extremely magnetic. For years people keep asking me 'Hey aren't you that singer'? ....they can never remember the name but I am always mistaken for someone 'famous'. The weird thing is I AM a folk singer and very nearly landed a contract last year. I definitely believe they recognize me from a parallel existence. If I ever become famous I will write you into a song!
My partner had same experience of people saying she looked like some actress or another...she smiled about it and wished she was that actress living her dreams...maybe she is in a parallel life..this amaxing video brings hope to all of us...boy do we need insight hope as to why we sometimes suffer. Wow I experienced that while in my teens. I was driving down a mountain road one Summer. We were heading to a barn to pick up another saddle. The guy in the passenger seat yanked my cowboy hat off my head unexpectedly. I turned to grab it back and for that split second my car went off the road over the mountain side. My car was actually ready to roll down the side as the car was already over. Immediately without thinking I yelled out to God to please me and hit the gas as I cranked my wheel to the right thinking I could drive back up onto the road. As I looked forward I saw a white Angel with wings at the front of my car center of my hood. Suddenly the car was back up on the road as if it was picked up and placed there. It all happened in a blink of an eye. My friend and I shocked said nothing to each other about what happened. I'll never forget it. Praise the Lord for saving us. 🙏💜
Same thing happened to me. I was getting ready to make a left turn and waited for green light. My car stalled before I made it through the intersection. Just then a big car like a Chevrolet Caprice went through the intersection 80mph at least. It would have killed me and my friend for sure. I had driven a manual transmission for years and never stalled out like that.
@@ilaiketurtles5889 After getting back on the road I looked over at him and he was just staring straight ahead with a blank expression. I don't know if he experienced it or was in some sort of disbelief or shock. It wasn't the first time I would be saved from a horrific accident. I know I am here on the planer for a reason...something I'm still trying to understand. God Bless..🙏

I just had to tell you that I had a very similar experience while driving. I was trying to pass this guy on a two lane road, and he decided to speed up and keep me from passing, and the car behind me had already speeded up so I couldn't fall back into my old spot, and the oncoming car was coming up fast, so, I tried to floor it and make it past him, but I felt like I wasn't going to make it. I closed my eyes for a second and felt a shift, and I was in front of the guy. But I knew in my gut I had just died. And for weeks every time I drove past that spot I had the sickest most unsettled feeling driving past my death spot. Over time, the sick feeling eased, and I settled fully into this reality. But I completely believe what you said because I felt it too.
Honestly dude, I’ve been suffering lately and this is the only thing that really clicked and brought me out of it. It’s now up to me to do the work to keep climbing up into a better reality for myself. Thank you dude.
When I first started to watch you, I was very angry because I had a man who married a woman over me and treated her way. Way way better and this woman was horrible to work with. I literally almost took my life because of this I found your videos like a light Beacon and it help raise my vibration. I’m not angry. I forgave the man’s wife for all she did then three months later after finding out I had to forgive way more people meditate more than it was magical. She was fired and I just want to thank you I’m sure a lot of people thank you but it was getting pretty bad, at work.I hope one day I get to meet you to shake your hand and thank you. Omg! I was literally drawn to this video today out of nowhere, and so much of what Aaron is saying is resonating, love Bashar ! But especially the part about losing the job and having a life decision to make about what’s next. That just happened to me two days ago. Then he commented about the book, but didn’t say what it was so I read the very first comment and someone mentions which book it is. And I kid you not, I literally have that book sitting on my coffee table right now that I just took out to start reading because I’ve had it for such a long time and have not read it yet.the synchronicity is just unbelievable.

I experienced a quantum shift. I was extremely sick and after a week of absence at work noone bothered to ask me how i am or what happened. I remember how upset I was and I shut down my empathy in act of self preservation. I experienced and felt such a shift of my energy inside. I stopped experiencing social anxiety, I started talking in public - speaches , I bcame absolutely self confident dping things I wad always scared off, instantly. I felt I could run for any job. Any position. Even for a president. The empathy is giving away your power. This experience was the most spiritual experience I ever had. I then realised it is me who create my life and I decide who Iam and how I am 🌌❤⚘ This is what people on top positions feel - they are totally focused and do not waste energy on others hence they are strong with self belief no anxiety and high achievements

My best friend and i had a traffic event where , to this day , we cant work out how we are still alive , we were on a motorbike doing about 90 mph . A car towing a caravan pulled out of a side road infront of us , it took up all the road . I shut my eyes expecting a catastrophic impact . Next thing we were the other side of the car and caravan which were still blocking all the road . I asked my mate what happened and he said " i dont know i just closed my eyes and waited for the impact " .
Ok- you are quite a bit different from other manifestation channels. You're actually talking about parallel universe jumping at will... which is wild, and I find INCREDIBLE! I have been with the same life partner for almost 20 years, and recently I have been discovering that she has no memories of certain events that happened to her parents in the past that she's actually told me about. It's like experiencing the mandala effect daily in my personal life. I carry the memories, but now I seem to be in a reality where those events never happened. I thought I was going nuts, but this video seems to be validating what I suspected was happening. Im shifting into different realities and those around me don't know it.

I truely believe there is a way to close your eyes and be somewhere else. I dont know how to do it but I ll figure it out! Science and technology of today is the magic of yesterday! What i find funny is that the people of the past had this kind of wisdom. Evil people who wanted to control other people eventually cut everyone but a few out of this knowlege. We could all be living well and we will. More and more people are realizing instead of asking others, just go inside youself. "Know thyself" i mean we can learn from others who have been where we are but in the end we need to learn discernment. Im giving myself permission to be my very best self, and be my most abundant and spiritually rich person i can possibly be! Thank you for the video, i truely enjoyed it. Thank you Aaron. I had very similar experience to yours with a car accident. In my new reality a number of things are different that I remembered, even some buildings are at different places, people claim to know me and I have no idea who they are.
so good to read that people have same experiences and actually remember and see the outer reality changed. I was hit by a car and died and shifted and remembered the shift. it drove me crazy for years but now I experience shifts knowingly.
Same thing happened to me April 28th. Except the car was hit. I even remember thinking, yep I’m done. Next thing I know I was on the other side of the street from the other car. 🤷🏾♂️. Since then I’ve had a shift in my self image which opened up EVERYTHING I’ve been understanding for the last 20* years. Life’s FKN awesome. 😎 👍🏾
I have been on a self actualization journey for almost 10 years....I listen to and read many of the experts. Dr Dipensa, Dr Dyer, for example. But this explanation of the state of reality is the first thats totally made sense to me. I hope you will do more videos on this subject of higher vibration and connecting to your higher self. I haven’t watched your old videos about parallel realities, I’ve had this feeling myself for the past few months that I’ve been going back and forth. I got this great job early this year and felt the change in me and my reality but I keep going back and forth, I might be self sabotaging as well. Watching your video was perfect timing. Thank you.
I feel this struggle as well it feels like self sabotage we must try hard to keep stepping out of our old habits and this self sabotage if we want to raise our vibration I believe

Twice since 2015 I believed I was going to die but somehow the situation changed and I couldn't understand how these events didn't end in death. I've never heard anyone else speak of this, and I've certainly never told anyone because it just sounds too unbelievable and I feared I would be called a liar. Thank you for sharing this! Anybody else who's been in this situation... we're NOT crazy!
This is great . Thank you for sharing this content. I talk to my wife about the importance of avoiding giving the “wrong station “ such a deep story line. The more detailed the story gets the harder it is to let go of. The story makes the event more and more complex. She gives it so many Whys she can’t let it go.

Aaron, I had the same type of experience back in the 90's. I thought it was my guardian angels saving my life. I never thought it could have been a parallel life where I actually died.
This guy is a bit grungy, however, he has quite a good way of conveying his message. This works in really well with the journey of transformation, that I'm already on. I went to the LA Shift experience. And my reality did in fact shift shortly after. Consequently, I have not really been consuming videos on how to shift in the same way (b/c you don’t really watch videos on how to do something that have already happened) but it was really good to come back and see this one and of course my evolution continues and new mountains to climb or move. I worked with auto accident patients for many years. Many told me about dying and coming back to life, but one guy insisted that he died in an alternate reality and came back to life in this reality. He said he lived with the same mother but whereas she was a drug and alcohol abuser in his other life, she is a straight and narrow church lady here. He described how he had many all of the same people in his life but many of them were different or he had a different relationship with them. I believe him.

Right when you said “because it’s so powerful” your heart confirmed….the skin over it started to itch. I am a LMT and know the body never lies, unless it’s severely drugged.
When you mentioned not giving yourself permission to let go of any of the past because of the story.. I felt that. SO MUCH I need to let go of, I’m exhausted. But yes, keep this stuff coming.
For the last few years this has been exactly the way I've been coming to understand my existence. I also have a wonderful partner that also understands a lot of this (for her its even more intrinsic whereas for me I'm still in the logic phase but working at being much more limitless in that logic). The infinite multiple versions of me already existing makes so much sense to me (as does how all our individual consciousnesses are really just branches of one single collective conscience). "Shifting" or moving across those parallel realities also makes sensw, but what baffles me so much is why my conscience seems so anchored to only the one I'm tuned to at any one given time. The radio staion/TV channel analogy helps it make sense, all about resonance, however there are multi-channel transceivers out there that can concurrently receive and transmit on multiple radio frequencies at once, why don't we have multiple channels built into us? Why only one 3D spacetime at a time? How does our conscience tie our different realities together? I've done meditation, and what I suppose it astral projecting and believe I've been able to see/feel/sense the me in various other realities but not really in a true first person perspective always as one looking in at that reality not necessarily belonging there. Like the other me is a totally different conscience and that part doesn't make sense yet. I know I can change the station and tune to that reality but what happens to that conscience that already exists there (I'm sure I'm not understanding yet what that parallel reality is vs how our 'singular' conscience might interact or resonate there).
I had a similar experience. It was like a shift into another ending. Consciousness plays a role for sure. Also, I think the level of your awareness and perhaps the higher your vibration, the easier it is to move into another reality. You have to believe with your whole heart the center of your being (microcosm) that all good things are possible too.

I had an NDE, then experienced it happening again like a Deja Vu, and I believe I made the choice to jump timelines. This all makes so much sense. Thank you! I thought I was crazy

It talked a little bit about the radio station but when you talk about it just talking about parallel realities, it made the whole entire book makes sense. The man is right. I figured that out when I deeply dove into research, science and philosophy of psychedelic medicine. On a strong trip you get thrown through dimensions and time. The concept of dimensions can be youtubed. Once understood this it is possible to conduct on a psychedelic heroes journey through dimensions and switch the channel. You are the director of your multidimensional existence. But yeah, you can also switch around without psychedelics, but then it is not so impactful and obvious, as in works much slowlier.

This is what I do with my infamous "Twin Flame " I was so attached to this old pattern that I was blocked in my old reality while trying to move to the one I am ready for....Than this video came to enforce me to do what I begin a few weeks ago Having a Twin Flame doesn´t mean you will live with her. A Twin Flame is here to help to shift to your own reality and to cure your traumas once you take conscience of this you use your true potential. I am working now building my art career (my real me ) and choose to "erase" my old me. Once you are conscious of your power everything comes easier. I also totally agree about what you say about meditation (a prayer is also a kind of meditation) I meditate daily and this also helped me a lot to shift.

Aaron you might won't even believe this, but I did your shifting meditation years ago... the thing is... you were wearing a different t-shirt color, the same design. That's how I learned I shifted, because the video was the same, just different t-shirt.
