Great message , truly 💯 agreed & I myself also truly believed that meditation has a key to explore & discover my own hidden potential from within , yet regular practices are required to maximise the benefits of it 😊 Well, Universe reflects different levels of energies compared to God Himself coz He vibrates the Highest , Holiest & the most Divine Energies ever ...just need to be careful & ensure to tap His power thru the right process of meditation as well

When I put my coffee mug full of water in the microwave, it raises the vibration of the water and makes it hot. I don't microwave the water too long because I don't want to burn my mouth by drinking tea when it's too hot. Just be careful not to increase your vibration too fast, or else you might "catch fire" and burn off the impurities too fast. Refining out the impurities creates a lot of toxic slag that needs to be separated out. If you can't grieve, it's hard to pour off the slag. If you keep "melting down" and don't remove the impurities, then you're stuck in an endless cycle that never actually removes the bad stuff. Removal is a release, and you can't release if you don't open up or pour out. Release and pour out, but be careful because you don't want more damage done in the process.

This flow that you speak of is what dominates my being at the moment. When I say at the moment I mean over the last several months. It has gotten stronger and stronger. When I try to remember things that used to upset me I have a hard time even finding them... Much less being upset 😎..

You might also have to do some self image work, it's not just a matter of thoughts. It's a process and it's about feeling and living from the wish fulfilled. Do you do personal development and self image work?

It seems to be common behavior for us people to try to make ourselves believe things that we really don't want to believe, are afraid of (which could be for a good reason), and aren't convinced of. If we make ourselves believe things that we don't really believe, then are we deceiving ourselves? It's bad to deceive ourselves. If you are sure of something, then it will filter down into your subconscious mind naturally. If you try to force something into your mind that you are resisting, it will result in conflict and confusion, with your mind wondering why it believes contradictory things. We might be scared of change, and that is resistance. My opinion is that forcing ourselves to believe something that we are resisting can cause us even more problems. My opinion is that if we try to force something by sheer willpower (trying so hard), then something else could get broken, and then we've got even more problems. We've got to figure out what is causing the resistance, which is a self-discovery process. We need the key to the door; do not try to break down the door. Turning the key is easy. Trying to break down the door is hard and causes a lot of collateral destruction. We all may have different locks on the door that need a different key. So, look for the right key instead of trying to break down the door. That's an analogy of willpower, force, and trying hard versus understanding. So, don't try so hard, and find out what is causing resistance.
