Good habits are like a treasure in life.the better the habits the better will be our health.
One such habit is when we sleep early and get up early,sleep more healthy diets and do regular physical activity.
Our bodies respond well to the circadian rhythm as this is what's been the rule for millenia.
When it's night darkness our body has a build up of a Hormone known as melatonin which help us sleep better and opposite to that when uts time to get I.e at around 7 am we have build up cortisol Hormone in our Body which help us cope with stresses of the day.
Particularly talking about cortisol it's most affcted by exposure to early Morning sunlight exposure.
