for Malaysians Johor Bahru is expensive. I was born in Singapore but decided to migrate to Malaysia. One reason i don't like to live in apartments or condos. So i decided to settle down in Ipoh. It's already been 30 years and i owned 3 houses in Ipoh. The first house was a 3 bedroom apartment which cost me RM39,000 [SGD11,122.68] The second was a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house which i bought for RM130,000 [SGD 37,074.17] and finally 4 years ago i bought a 3 bedroom house for RM250,000 [71,308.01] in a very beautiful location. As a Singaporean, my life in Ipoh suits me well - cheap and less stressful

Next time you can try to take bus from boonlay ( jurong point) to jb. Its so convenient. Every 15mins there is bus service.

I think rm6 per pax. Can use ezlink card also but pay in SGD. CW 6 bus.

Yes, you can as long as you have Singapore multiple entry Visa. If you have Singapore single entry Visa then you will not be able to return back to Singapore.

Hi Suba, how are u all? Why in this vlog & previous vlog also there was no Welcome to Simply Suba Vlogs title when u raise ur hand & fingers to point it out or now u have changed ur style in a different way of introduction? Superb & easy bus travel from Singapore to Malaysia & vice versa. For Thai Poosam, why u both did not go to the Batu cave Muruga Temple? Tea was like jelly, somehow u both tried to finish it off. Are there Indian Restaurants in Malaysia so that u could have drank our regular milk tea or coffee there? Nalla useful one day trip & informative also.👌👍👏🙏♥️🫶

Suba have you tried the famous banana cake at Hiap Joo Jalan Tan Hiok Nee. Its on the left from the traffic light from Mariamman Temple. Its very popular with the Singaporeans.
