any issue face during carrying drone from india to bali or bali to india ? do i have to put drone in check in bag and batteries in handbag ? is drone flying charges in bali at some places?

Yes if you get caught you will have to pay Fine. IDP is required.

Not required, with Indian License you can take rent and drive 2 wheelers
