On 911, I remember the exact moment I realized the full extent of what was happening and the wave of fear and panic that went through me is undescribable. And I live over 1000 miles away from New York. To actually be there witnessing, in real time, the horrors of that day... Never forget.
The people filming down there that day were documenting it for generations to come. I know why they were told to stop filming and that but I’m glad that a lot of them carried on. Documenting that awful day so we can maybe learn from it??
In hindsight, all the videos from this day are a good example of how differently people perceive the same exact thing going on right in front of their face. Not just this video, all of them.
It also goes to show how dumb it is that 9/11 truthers will take things that the street witnesses said on camera as fact that this was an inside job. People often aren’t speaking clearly in moments of high stress and shock.
So fucking soul crushing every time I see or hear about this. & I wasn't even there. I was in history class, 9th grade when I learned about this and it didn't really hit me completely til I got a little older. I can't imagine losing a loved one to this...RIP to everyone lost that day. 💔
I still remember that day it is in the morning the news before 9 a.m. When I go back to the office every of my collegaues are talking about this tragic. I try to go online. But unfortuantely the internet was so slow we could not get the news, and nobody fully understand what happened till one of my colleague's wife who calls us to update the news.
Most of this video, and maybe all of it, is footage I've not seen previously. At least as I can remember. Seeing it with only 15,029 views after more than five years since it was uploaded is surprising. Seems as though this must be throttled by the youtube programming/algorithm.
I didn't tag this video at all, which helps with searches of a particular subject. I forgot as it was over 5 years ago but have now added some relevant words to help people if they are looking.
@@Talkinsports91 he just watched the first one go down. he's a man with common sense and predicted what most us did after watching a plane fly into a building and it collapsing
@@Astro95Mediayea steel fire proofed & sprinkled buildings with worst fires had never fallen prior or since; but it was so obvious. Also building 1 got hit first, so by your logic, why did 2 fall first? It was tilted but then self corrected & fell through the air below it at free fall speed. Physics just took the day off, but who care right? It was obviously inevitable like Gulianni was caught on film saying, yet no medical, fire or police were made aware of that. They just let them die.
i wonder who the "Oh my God" woman at 17:30 is. what was her stuff left outside - photography equipment? they probably should have covered the door seams the best they could with wet fabric. all things considered, this group of people stuck in that small restaurant handled it well together.
I know its been 20+ years but when i watched this, the due talking at 13:26, when he made the comment "its just another day in the city"" for no reason i just yelled "f**k you" at the screen. I don't know why
Ah...! That ending with "America The Beautiful"... With that turquoise light to cover up & the crackling image also due to nano-thermite radiation, sublime cynicism... I meannn... Due to old tape recording!!!
363 firefighters died in New York. I have a valid question. Do you think they should’ve went up? Lots of cops died and EMT’s. Maybe the staging area should’ve been far away. All hard questions but looking back just thoughts I had. No mean comments please. 🙏
Well they never really thought the buildings were going to fall. Once one tower fell they did call an order to evacuate the other building as well. Unfortunately time wasn't on their side and many of the radios were having problems so not everybody heard it.
I think they still would have gone in, but with a different mindset and a different goal. I think they would have dropped a lot of their gear and concentrated on evacuation. I don't think fighting the fires would have even been a thought. It's an interesting question. Yes, the staging area could have been further away and less firefighters needed to evacuate people, cluttering the stairwells.
It was a whole bunch of them among the people and the people didn't even know it. They were carefully placed among large groups of people talking. They were there to help spread the narrative that this was a terrorist attack and they were also there to listen out for anyone who believed otherwise. This entire thing was a inside job from the ver beginning and those buildings were surely wired prior to that day and that's why two weeks of video was deleted.
Your comment proves that you are utterly ignorant and infinitely less intelligent than a fart; unlike Right-Wing-Retards (Republicans), progressives are aware of highly unethical actions of America in foreign countries over the last 70 years; so this was revenge.
I wish I could stop watching these videos. I don’t know what my brain is looking for. I’ve seen just about every video from every angle. It’s kinda too bad 93 and 77 really are an afterthought compared to 11 and 175.
@@merrywissemesme too. I can’t stop. And I don’t know why. I don’t know what I’m looking for either. I’ve seen nearly everything put out about this. It’s deeply, deeply disturbing to me. But I don’t know why I cannot stop.
I'm exactly the same & quite relieved I'm not the only one. I've watched many, many things about this day & read many books/articles etc but when another comes up that I've not seen I'll watch it. I think with me it's the enormity of it, the helplessness of knowing what happened & just how horrific it is. It doesn't help that I was on a flight exactly the same time (Spain back to the UK) and ringing my dad to tell him I'm home safe, switching the news on & just sheer scale of what was happening. Rip to all who were lost that day & to those still dying 💔
@@victorpeirce4753 C'mon... we're American ..It's called 9/11 not 11/9 ..and for the Original Commentator .It's 6/3/24 here. This is us.. This is US...
I remember turning the tv on and looking for my usual show I watched every morning, and I saw the same scene on every channel I went to, so I started watching, and I couldn't wrap my mind around what I was watching. I remember thinking, 'Why are there so many birds flying around the burning buildings?' I then realized that it was tons of papers from the towers flying through the air after the impacts. When the first tower fell, I felt like the floor was falling out from under me. It took my breath away, and I reached for the tv while crying out in disbelief. I literally felt the loss of every single person in those towers when they collapsed. My brain couldn't accept what I had just witnessed. I still can't believe what we all saw that day and who and what we lost that day. Everything changed, and the fear in the air was palpable. 😢
When the second plane hit the second tower, that's when the whole world had stopped doing what they was doing and everyone shared this tragedy altogether and we all cried and shed emotions together .. so sad many innocent people's lives were taken in this devastating terrorist attacks
Super late but it's Elixir Juice Bar on West Broadway & Chambers Street. The area has been redeveloped multiple times, at one point it was the Cosmopolitan Hotel, & today it's known as the Frederick's Hotel. As for Elixir Juice Bar, according to an architect firm website I found, they had three locations across NY. I've only been able to find one location for certain on Google Street View from 2009 on 523 Hudson Street.
There is no doubt every single person that dwells on Earth remember where they were at during this demolition. Folks I am so SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS 😭 PRAYERS. 💕 HALLELUJAH GOD left a Cross standing letting the faithful know He is with us always, for ever. Go to the Cross today friends for today is the day of salvation do not perish but repent and be saved" saith the LORD GOD 👑
I believe we all watch whatever we can find about this because we all experienced it together as it happened in real time. It's a human connection we all have. No matter where we were, our hearts, minds and souls were together. We are all connected on a spiritual level on a normal day. This was an act of evil that can never be measured. Our reaction is a part of the human condition. ✌❤
I want to hear about the day people truly realised it was their own government that did this to it's own people...... Not an easy thing to say, but "land of the free and home of the brave"...... ?!?!
@@Big-Blue-Blanket. please point out where I made mention of Saudis.... Thousands of American architects and engineers that build everything around us have made it 100% clear the trade centre 1, 2 and 7 wee destroyed precisely placed and perfectly detonated explosives. I am a perfectly ordinary person with exactly zero percent expertise in these matters, so I listen to the experts not a despicable government who denied any possibility of a scientific investigation of these matters. If you have relevant expertise in these matters please elaborate.
Yep, you're not alone....I read years ago that between floors were packed out a few months before... insulation nah. Orchestrated collateral.... unbelievable. 🪂
Thousands of people were dying or being hurt as that women worries about HERSELF and HER STUFF!!?? Absolutely disgusting. I hope she is absolutely ashamed at this now. 🤢
Amanda Renee At 17:13 I see what you’re saying. That is disgusting. People are dying on that horrible day. 😔😔😭 we have lost people from 9/11 related cancers
No one on the ground knew wtf was going on. By her “stuff” she meant film equipment. She was documenting this. Which, as you can clearly see, was extremely imperative to do. You’re the only disgusting one here.
Why was it inevitable that they would collapse? It has NEVER happened before and has NEVER happened since. Hot air rises. Very little structural damage would have occurred at floors below the 'impact' points. Therefore, the professionals felt it was safe to send first responders to the lower floors to guide people out.
