Zayn did confess in this movie that he did have a blast while apart of 1D. You can't believe what he said now that he didn't have a great time and that he never wanted to be apart of the band, that's a lie, he's hiding something. I think that he truly loved those boys like brothers, he loved doing what he did, but maybe just during the last year or so in 1D, he wasn't happy simply because of the media commenting on his personal life, the attention was getting to his head, everything was getting crazy and he was just miserable. And honestly I think he took all that misery and stuff out on the boys and Perrie. I'm not going to analyze anything he never openly said, but 2010-2013 and early 2014, Zayn was the happiest and we all knew that. He does too. He shouldn't drag the boys down and say he never wanted to be apart of the band, when we all know that he loved it... He just probably didn't have enough credibility in terms of songwriting or much input.

They were his own experiences and it was different than what the other 4 white members went through. Why would Harry go through what Zayn went through when everything was catered to Harry in the first place. Zayn was targeted in the uk media constantly getting hated on for ethnicity and religion while the only thing Harry got shit for was being called a womanizer. Zayn developed depression and an eating disorder in 1d, has anxiety, had to endure racist harassment, and his musical input and writing was always denied while the other boys got to write songs because their style fit 1d more than Zayn's style. Zayn literally thanked the boys in his first award speech after leaving 1d and said he'll always remember his time in 1d and has some of the best times with the boys. Don't you understand Zayn said he never wanted to be in the band once he realized the music the were going to be making and how they had no control of the music they made. He felt they were being true to themselves. Zayn's style is more r&b while 1d music was more bubblegum pop then transitioned to pop rock/folk music. That is more Harry's style of music so of course Harry wouldn't have complaints about the music because 1d music was literally Harry's style of music. Tell me one time Zayn spoke shit of ANY 1d member. He never did. 1d fans always love to paint Zayn as the villian and the 1d boys as innocent victims when that's not the case.
