This is awesome. Also glad to have found this "lost generation" on the internet. Most people think of grunge or alternative rock or Britney Spears when they are nostalgic for the 90s, no one I know remembers this electronic music that was revolutionary especially then!
This was a 100% must in every set I ever played in clubs or at raves in the mid-90s. Hat tip for putting it up where I could find it during a conversation of what it was like to DJ in those days. Thank you.
Found this in the import bin back in 93, light years ahead of its time! One dove are one of Pop's best kept secrets from the era like Saint Etienne Olive and Peach.
SWEET HOLY MOTHER OF CHRIST - this is one of the few tunres I never managed to collect from the early 90's. Never found out the name of the artist or track, I was looking a HAVANA's DISCORDER, saw this, clicked on it and finally, after 19 years, I've found it. WOOOOOOOOOOOHO - such a cool comedown tune for the next day, had it on a tape we played continuously when coming down, but never knew who made it, unitl now. MADFERRET - you are a top bloke m8.
Yeah me too pal, can't recall hearing this back in the day? I'd have remembered this Bute 4 sure!!,,, Would have loved to have dropped a dove n heard it in a club on a proper sound system rushing mi bollox off to the bass line!!! Having said that the last 5minn half takes u on a buzzing fashback,💊🎵💊🎵💊🎵💊🎵
1993 - Nicky & Drew "Tender" mix, best old skool house / trance mix ever done. This started side B - legendary choon.. Urgently need a time machine.... Old skool 4eva - never to be repeated, never to be forgotten. Peace to all those who were there.
Craig Stephenson I always imagined that when this mix starts to really come up, there would be a backdrop of JC on the cross on a big fuck off screen behind the DJ booth. One of the best of it’s time. You hit the nail on the head, truly a religious experience.
Kris Needs was so ahead of his time. He deconstructed the original songs into pure mindless pulsating rave anthems. Check out: Toxicgene by The Orb. Asylum by The Orb. What's in the box by Boo Radleys. He remixed all those as well.
haha i know what ye mean ;) this was one of the first real dance tunes i ever heard!!! i paid 90 pounds for it on vinyl 10 years ago, its still worth every penny!
Jesus Jones!!!! what a F****in tune fella!!! cheers for posting, got it downloaded on to mp3, now it goes everywhere with me.... God I feel good again, ode to be reckless what a TUNE!!!!!!!!

Tune and a half stands the test of time they just dont do break downs like this no more. Its all phazed out swooshes with loads of echo and chorus a load of balls to put it politely like tech house slowed down hardcore the world of dance music has gone mad every break just sounds the same
Absolutely love this group. Never heard anything that does what they do as well as them. P.S. One of your keywords (secret) has a typo. You'll get more hits if you fix it.
