for me its serperior. I fell in love with snivy in black/white and the mystery dungeon games. Mystery dungeons more so since i got to be friends with a snivy in multiple of them so that definatly is a major reason why i like snivy so much

Meganium can learn outrage because everyone has a limit to their patience. And believe me, you don’t want to mess around enough to see the anger of a calm gentle person.
@@vanessashalom2775 Well while the effectiveness of the curse can be doubted, the timing of the storms is hard to call simply coincidental. "The pedo pimps gold shall rot, and satisfaction be fleeting."
Meowscarada and Floragato gets easily depressed when their trainer doesn't give them attention and starts misbehaving to be noticed, just like a jester or a class clown makes people's laugh until they go home and wants to jump off their window
It's also like a cat, my original cat, who was the daughter of a stray cat who hang out in my house and basically grew up in my house, got super jealous when she saw me playing with the kittens a relative gave me. She barely comes home, stops asking for pats if she notices that my hand smells like the other kittens, and even intimidates them when they want to be friends with her.
@@pistincup352 black 2 was my first ever Pokémon game and I picked snivy cause I and I quote "liked the way it looked" and when it evolved I loved it more and more so I have a soft spot for the entire line
@@Hikaru_Sekki197 There is a Anime Episode where Meowth runs with heart eyes after a Gardevoir, Lopunny and Glaceon in a "Dream" induced by looking under Mimikyus costume if I remember correctly. The animators and designers know what they are doing with the Humanlike Pokemon. One of Meowscaradas idle animations is it putting its hands behind its back, leaning forward a bit and slightly moving its head up and down. When it does that directly in front of the Player character it looks like it is either: Rubbing its cheek against the Players cheek or giving the trainer a Kiss. They even said in the Japanese version of the sinnoh games that Pokémon and humans used to be basically the same and got Married. If you think about it, it is not that much different than liking Catgirls and so on. In one of the Movies, a Latias could let itself look like a Girl that is befriended with it and ends up giving Ash a kiss at the end of the movie. Ashs Bayleef was also in love with him. All of James Pokemon lved him especially Mareanie. It has been a thing for a long time, and not because of Vaporeon.
@@Hikaru_Sekki197 And if Pokémon were real, there are some, especially Psychic types that are definitely smart enough to hive consent to a relationship with their Trainer. One of the main mechanics in Pokemon is Friendship. A good relationship with your Pokémon gives them the ability to level up faster, to tough it out after getting hit with a move that normally would let them faint, to cure themselves from status conditions by sheer willpower and land critical hits easier and more often. In multiple instances the games and Anime mention that a Pokémon needs a trainer it can trust and rely on to unlock their full potential. Best example: Mega Evolutions and Ash with his Greninja, or as with Dusk Lycanrock, or Ash and Chimchar-Infernape.
Another fun fact about rowlet they are based of an owl breed that were native to hawaii but are now extinct which is why its a ghost type and has crooked legs(the leg part was unecessary just wanted to add it)
My top two starters are grass. #1 is snivy evo line #2 is sprigatitto evo line. I think the reason i like snivy so much is mostly because of the mystery dungeon games where my partner would usually be a snivy which means i would go through this emotional story with a snivy as my friend. I also got into pokemon later than most and started when most games that were coming out were gen 5
Dragonite is a calm and good natured pokémon too and Outrage is one of its signature moves. Sometimes even calm creatures get to the point where they've had enough.
I can now only imagine a meowscarada walking up behind their trainer as they are talking with someone and then just wrapping their arms around the trainer and walking away like “this is mine now” with maybe a hiss at the other person
Probably not the reference you were thinking of in Detective Pikachu, Torterra is based off the world turtle/tortoise myth, I think the directors just thought "Turtle with world on back make big landscape.".
I can honestly believe a giant Torterra can exist and be at least big enough for a full city on its back. It would be cool, maybe in one of those "Legends" concepts.
